Bathrooms – clean shower, clean shower door, clean bathtub, clean toilet including base and behind the toilet, remove trash and clean wastebaskets, clean vanity there is nothing on it, clean sink, sweep, and mop floors, clean baseboards, clean cupboards, and cabinets if empty.
Kitchen – clean stove top and front including oven and hood, clean front of fridge including inside if empty, clean front of microwave including inside, sweep and mop floors, clean front of the dishwasher, clean countertops if there is nothing on them, clean sink, clean drip pans, clean behind refrigerator, clean baseboards, clean outside of kitchen cabinets and drawers, clean inside of kitchen cabinets and drawer if empty.

Bedroom and Living Room – empty trash and clean wastebaskets, vacuum / sweep / mop readily accessible floors including vacuuming edges, vacuum stairs, remove cobwebs, clean mirrors, dust lamp shades, dust ceiling fans (reachable with a 2 step ladder), wipe down window sills, dust register vents, dust baseboards 
NOTE for all options: Only easily accessible areas will be cleaned. Windows, blinds, shutters cleaning excluded. These can be cleaned at an extra charge.

Any other cleaning? Just say what you want to be cleaned. $25 an hour, minimum 2 hours/$50 when combined with another service.
